Owners Al & Theresa Maniaci, are life long residents of the town of Richmond, Michigan. Al & Theresa have been in the food industry for over 30 years, first starting out in the restaurant business.  In 1979 they expanded the business into offsite catering, and then in 1996 they purchased the banquet hall. They are also the owners of Richmond Flower Shop & Chocolates.
